For whole-house customization, should you go to a store or a factory? What is the difference between the two?

The main difference lies in the process and the party responsible. With a store, the store usually handles design, order placement, and installation coordination, with the factory at the back end; with a factory, design communication, order breakdown, production, delivery, and installation are all handled by the same system, with fewer process steps. When judging, focus on asking three questions: where is production, whose people do the installation, and who is responsible if problems arise. Factory direct supply can clearly explain the processes and production scheduling, while stores rely more on the store's coordination ability. Either way, it is recommended to write particle board, door panels, hardware, worktop, transportation, installation, and removal of existing cabinets into the quote item by item to avoid subsequent additional charges.
