How much does it cost per square metre in Beijing?

There is no uniform "per square metre" price for custom furniture in Beijing; it depends on the specific category and configuration. The Beijing reference ranges published on the official website are as follows: wardrobes 500–1,100 yuan/㎡, shoe cabinets 400–700 yuan/㎡, sideboards 400–800 yuan/㎡, tatami 500–1,100 yuan/㎡, TV cabinets 400–800 yuan/㎡; kitchen cabinets are priced by linear metre at 900–1,650 yuan/linear metre. Wardrobes and similar items are priced by projected area (width × height); conversion to developed area must be calculated according to the drawings. The above is only a budget reference and does not constitute a formal quotation; the final price is subject to calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, region and on-site conditions.
