How can you choose whole-house customization without getting ripped off? What should you check before signing?
Before signing, it is advisable to confirm each item: ① Whether the quote is itemized by space and cabinet body, and whether the panel materials, door panels, hardware, and worktop specify brand and model; ② Which items are not included—for example, removal of existing cabinets is usually not included and must be confirmed separately; ③ The pricing method—wardrobes and similar items are priced by projected area, while kitchen cabinets are priced by linear metre; the conversion between developed area and projected area varies with the layout; ④ The schedule milestones—measurement generally takes 1–7 days, processing usually falls within the 15–45 days range, and logistics generally takes 1–3 days; ⑤ The warranty scope—ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies; water damage, dampness, and human-caused damage are not covered. Put these five items into the contract or quotation, and there will be far fewer disputes later.
