How are bumps and paint chips handled after installation?

Bumps found during on-site acceptance are reworked and touched up or the panels are replaced on the spot; cracking or edge banding coming off shortly after installation that is not caused by human factors is a workmanship issue and will be repaired on site free of charge. The warranty scope is written into the contract.
