If I place a deposit with you, is the deposit refundable?

Before measurement and design are completed and before cutting and production begin, the deposit can be refunded upon discussion; once the design is confirmed and cutting and production begin, the raw materials have already been cut, and the deposit is non-refundable. The rules will be explained in advance before placing the order.
