Yes, but the handover boundary must be clearly written: which floor it is delivered to, who is responsible for counting and signing, who keeps the panels, and who bears installation errors. When delivery is without installation, it is advisable to check the piece count and panel numbers on the spot and keep photos, to avoid unclear responsibility for missing parts or damage later.
