What should be noted in a whole-house customization contract? Which clauses must be clearly stated?

It is advisable to clearly state six clauses in the contract: ① The quotation breakdown as an attachment (board materials, door panel and hardware brands and models, worktop material, whether transportation and installation are included); ② The pricing method (projected area or linear metre) and the settlement basis; ③ Project timeline milestones and extension conditions—measurement generally takes 1–7 days, processing usually falls within a 15–45 days range, and logistics generally take 1–3 days, subject to board materials, craftsmanship, and production scheduling; ④ Payment milestones and final payment conditions; ⑤ Warranty scope and period—ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies, with water damage, moisture, and human-caused damage excluded; ⑥ Change and acceptance procedures. Writing these items as verifiable clauses is more reliable than verbal promises.
