Who is responsible if whole-house customization warps?

It depends on the cause of the warping. If the particle board itself swells from moisture, its moisture content is out of spec, or the wall is uneven during installation and the finishing at the joints is not done properly, responsibility usually falls on the customization provider and the installer. When we measure, we first confirm wall flatness, the condition of the kickboard and the internal and external corners, and then decide the finishing method, precisely to reduce later disputes over warping. There is a ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies, but water damage, dampness and human-caused damage are not covered. If a problem does occur, first determine whether it is caused by the material, the workmanship or the usage environment, and then allocate responsibility according to the contract.
