How do I adjust a stuck drawer in whole-house customization?
If a drawer sticks, first pull it out to see whether the track is making noise or the drawer is rubbing against the cabinet body. The most common cause is wood shavings and dust in the track; clean it out and try again. If it still sticks, check whether the tracks on both sides are level with each other and whether the screws are loose; if loose, refasten them. A drawer packed too full or with heavy items shifted to one side can also stick; evening out the weight often solves it. If the track itself is deformed or the ball bearings have fallen out, the track can only be replaced; do not make do. By the way, there is a ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies, and the product is returnable if not environmentally compliant, but water damage, dampness and human-caused damage are not covered by the warranty; sticking caused by swelling from moisture requires solving the environmental problem first. For newly made cabinets, the processing cycle is usually 15–45 days, affected by panels, craftsmanship and production scheduling; checking track leveling during installation can save a lot of trouble.
