How do I adjust whole-house custom cabinet door panels that are not aligned?

If the door panels are not aligned, do not rush to tighten the screws; most of the time the hinge adjustment is not set properly. Open the door panel and look at the hinge; there are generally three adjustment positions: up and down, left and right, and front and back. First loosen the fixing screws a little, adjust the door panel until it is flush with the adjacent door, then tighten. If the gaps across multiple door panels are uneven overall, the cabinet body itself may not be leveled, so first check the floor level and wall flatness. When we measure, we confirm wall flatness, the condition of the kickboard and inside/outside corners, and then decide the closing method; this kind of problem can be avoided at the earlier stage. If it still does not close tightly after adjustment, the hinge model may not have enough load capacity; hardware options include Blum, Hettich, DTC, Higold, and Hegu, and replacing with a sturdier pair helps. If you cannot adjust it yourself, ask an installation technician to come to the site; do not force the door panel.
