What should I do if the whole-house customization schedule is delayed?

If the schedule is delayed, don't rush into an argument first. Put the cause down on paper: whether the boards haven't arrived, the craftsmanship is complex and production is scheduled later, or the on-site plumbing and electrical work isn't finished, which delays the re-measurement. Our processing cycle is usually 15–45 days, and logistics take 1–3 days. These two stages are greatly affected by production scheduling and region, so it's best to write the milestones and extension conditions clearly when signing the contract. If it is truly our fault, discuss remedies and compensation according to the contract; if the on-site conditions weren't ready, also confirm in writing promptly to avoid unclear responsibility. The company was founded in 2013 and has delivered 2000+ projects. When problems arise, following the process is more reliable than verbal promises.
