Which comes first: whole-house customization or tile installation?
Which comes first, tile installation or whole-house customization? The conventional approach is for the tiler to first finish the wall and floor tiles in the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, and then have the customization team come in for a re-measure. This is because only after the tiles are laid can the actual finished surface dimensions be fixed, providing an accurate basis for cabinet body closing and worktop cutouts. During our measurement, we simultaneously check wall flatness and internal/external corners, and the closing method is also decided at this time. Quartz worktop cutouts are processed according to the actual dimensions of the sink and cooktop, so the dimensions must be verified after the tiles are laid. The processing cycle is 15–45 days; we recommend finalizing the plan before tile installation and re-measuring immediately after tiling is completed, so the handover flows smoothly.
