Which comes first: whole-house customization or water and electrical renovation?

In terms of sequence, water and electrical renovation must come first, and whole-house customization comes after; this order cannot be reversed. The reason is very practical: if water and electrical positioning is not completed, the cabinet depth, socket cutouts, and sink and cooktop positions are all built on air. We generally wait until water and electrical positioning is completed before going on site to re-measure, and confirm the water supply and drainage, gas, and range hood exhaust paths together. On-site measurement is usually arranged within 1–7 days, so it is advisable to schedule the re-measurement as soon as water and electrical work is finished; do not wait until the tiler has already started work to remember it, because then cabinets and utility points are prone to conflict, and rework costs are high.
