At which step does whole-house customization come in the renovation process?

Don't place your whole-house customization order as soon as work begins—getting the sequence wrong easily leads to rework. Generally, re-measurement is done after the water and electrical positioning is completed, because the sink water supply and drainage, the gas outlet, and the range hood exhaust path all need to be confirmed first. During measurement, you also need to check wall flatness, the kickboard, and internal and external corners, and then decide the closing method. So it usually comes after demolition and alteration and water and electrical work, interleaved around the time the tiling, carpentry, and painting trades enter. Our on-site measurement is generally arranged within 1–7 days, and the processing cycle is usually 15–45 days; scheduling earlier is more reliable.
