How is the projected area of whole-house customization calculated?

How is the projected area of whole-house customization calculated?

The projected area method is straightforward: multiply the cabinet body's front width by its height. For example, a wardrobe 2 m wide and 2.4 m high is 4.8 ㎡, and the unit price is applied to this area. It does not include internal shelves, drawers, or hardware, so when requesting a quote, ask clearly what is included. Our pricing method is that wardrobes and similar items are priced by projected area, width × height; the conversion between unfolded area and projected area varies with the cabinet body layout and must be calculated according to the drawings. Price reference: wardrobe basic configuration E0 particle board + PET door panel, Beijing 500–550 yuan/㎡, Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou areas 425–467.5 yuan/㎡; mainstream configuration ENF particle board + PET door panel, Beijing 700–800 yuan/㎡, Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou areas 595–680 yuan/㎡; upgraded configuration ENF eco board + PET door panel, Beijing 950–1,100 yuan/㎡, Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou areas 807.5–935 yuan/㎡. The following are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual projects require further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
