What is the difference between cheap and expensive whole-house customization?

What is the difference between cheap and expensive whole-house customization?

The price difference mainly depends on the configuration tier and the board material. Take a wardrobe as an example: the basic configuration uses E0 particle board + PET door panels, at 500–550 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 425–467.5 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou; the mainstream configuration switches to ENF particle board, at 700–800 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 595–680 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou; the upgraded configuration uses ENF eco board, at 950–1,100 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 807.5–935 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou. The same applies to kitchen cabinets: the basic, mainstream, and upgraded tiers are spaced apart. Cheaper options mostly involve downgraded boards, ordinary hardware, and simplified edge banding processes, while more expensive options add cost for environmental grade, PUR or laser edge banding, and hardware such as Blum and Hettich. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; the actual price must be calculated based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and on-site conditions.
