How is edge closure strip pricing handled in whole-house customization?

There is no uniform flat rate for edge closure strips. They are usually not quoted separately by square metre; instead, it depends on how the closure is done on site. During measurement, we first confirm wall flatness, the condition of the kickboard and internal/external corners, and then decide the closure method (F28). Therefore, the cost is often calculated together with the closure approach, quantity, and door panel colour. It is mostly included together with the cabinet body item and is a site-confirmation item outside the reference price. The following are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation. Actual projects need further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
