For whole-house customization, how much unfolded area does one projected area equal?

Projected area is width × height; unfolded area is calculated by breaking down each panel. There is no fixed coefficient between the two; it varies with the cabinet body layout. For the same wardrobe, more shelves and drawers mean a higher unfolded area; a simpler layout means a lower one. Therefore, when quoting, we price by projected area; converting to unfolded area must be calculated according to the drawings. Taking a wardrobe as an example: basic configuration E0 particle board + PET door panel in Beijing is 500–550 yuan/㎡; mainstream configuration ENF particle board + PET door panel in Beijing is 700–800 yuan/㎡; upgraded configuration ENF eco board + PET door panel in Beijing is 950–1,100 yuan/㎡; for Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou areas. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual projects require further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
