Why do some whole-house customization projects cost more and some less?

Why do some whole-house customization projects cost more and some less?

The price difference mainly comes from the environmental grade of the boards, the door panel craftsmanship, and the hardware. For example, for a wardrobe, the basic configuration (E0 particle board + PET door) in Beijing is 500–550 yuan/㎡, the mainstream configuration (ENF particle board + PET door) in Beijing is 700–800 yuan/㎡, and the upgraded configuration (ENF eco board + PET door) in Beijing is 950–1,100 yuan/㎡; for a kitchen cabinet, the basic configuration in Beijing is 900–1,000 yuan/linear metre, the mainstream configuration in Beijing is 1,020–1,250 yuan/linear metre, and the upgraded configuration in Beijing is 1,300–1,650 yuan/linear metre. Whether PUR edge banding or laser edge banding is used, and whether Blum or DTC hardware is selected, will also widen the price gap. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual projects need further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
