Don't make the quotation template too fancy. The key is to list all items: cabinet bodies are calculated by projected area as width × height, kitchen cabinets by linear metre, and worktops, hardware, door panels, and edge banding processes should be listed separately. For boards, state clearly whether it is particle board or eco board, mark the environmental grade such as ENF or E0, and include hardware brands. Finally, be sure to add: the following are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; the actual price must be calculated based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and on-site conditions. This way customers can understand clearly, and there will be less dispute later.
