How can you avoid extra charges with whole-house customization?
To keep extra charges down, the key is to write clearly in advance what is included. During measuring, have the technician confirm wall flatness, kickboards, and internal and external corners, and set the closing method before quoting; re-measure after plumbing and electrical positioning is complete, and align the sink, gas, sockets, and exhaust route in advance. Select board, door panel, hardware, and edge banding process item by item; do not leave anything as "we'll discuss it later." Also ask clearly about the pricing method: wardrobes are priced by projected area, kitchen cabinets by linear metre, and converted expanded area changes with the layout. We were founded in 2013 and have delivered 2000+ projects; quotes do not include removal of existing cabinets, so if removal is needed, state it in advance and confirm it separately.
