What should I do if the whole-house customization quote omits items?

What should you do if the quote omits items? Don't rush to negotiate the price down first; make the omitted items into a written list before discussing. Common omissions are hardware, worktop cutouts, removal of existing cabinets, and finishing treatment—for example, if the quote does not include removal of existing cabinet bodies, then if removal is needed, it must be stated in advance and separately confirmed according to on-site conditions; sink and cooktop cutouts must also be processed according to actual dimensions. When adding items, have the other party write them clearly by configuration tier, such as a basic wardrobe configuration with E0 particle board + PET door panel in Beijing at 500–550 yuan/㎡, a mainstream configuration with ENF particle board + PET door panel in Beijing at 700–800 yuan/㎡, and an upgraded configuration with ENF eco board + PET door panel in Beijing at 950–1,100 yuan/㎡. The following are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quote; actual projects need further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and on-site conditions.
