How should whole-house customization connect with the ceiling?

How should whole-house customization connect with the ceiling?

The key to connecting the ceiling and whole-house customization is to first align the ceiling elevation with the cabinet body height. If the cabinets go to the ceiling, leave space at the lower edge of the ceiling for the cabinet body closure, so the door panels do not press against the plaster cornice; if there are no top cabinets, the ceiling can be lowered slightly for a more cohesive look. During measurement, we confirm wall flatness, the condition of the kickboard and internal/external corners, and then decide the closure method. After the water and electrical positioning is completed, we re-measure; the range hood exhaust path and socket locations must all be confirmed in advance. For pricing, wardrobes are calculated by projected area, and kitchen cabinets by linear metre. Reference prices: for a mainstream wardrobe configuration of ENF particle board with PET door panels, Beijing is 700–800 yuan/㎡, and Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou regions are 595–680 yuan/㎡; for a mainstream kitchen cabinet configuration, Beijing is 1,020–1,250 yuan/linear metre, and Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou regions are 867–1,062.5 yuan/linear metre. The following are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; they are suitable for preliminary budgeting, and the actual price must be calculated based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and on-site conditions.
