Is it good to make whole-house custom cabinets cover the entire wall?

Whether full-wall cabinets are good depends on the situation. The advantages are that vertical space is fully used, the look is neat, and storage capacity is large, making them suitable for entryways, living room TV walls, and sideboard areas. However, full-wall cabinets compress activity space, small rooms can easily feel cramped, and attention must be paid to door opening direction and the finishing of kickboards and internal/external corners.
