How much storage is appropriate for whole-house customization?

Whether storage is appropriate depends on "enough and easy to access." It is recommended to calculate per person: each person needs about 1.5 to 2 metres of cabinet body width for hanging and folding in the wardrobe; the entryway shoe cabinet should leave more than 1.2 metres based on the family's shoe volume; the sideboard and TV cabinet are determined by the amount of miscellaneous items. Too little storage leads to clutter outside later; too much takes up activity space. Since 2013, we have delivered 2000+ projects. Our experience is that keeping storage at around 15% to 20% of the room area is more comfortable; the specifics still need to be calculated on the drawings after measuring.
