What items are not included in whole-house customization?

Whole-house customization, plainly put, generally only covers cabinets and door panels, such as wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, shoe cabinets, sideboards, TV cabinets, and tatami. Commonly excluded items include: curtains, lighting, suspended ceilings, wall paint, flooring, tiles, and plumbing and electrical alterations, as well as the removal of existing old cabinets—our quote does not include removal of existing cabinets; if removal is needed, it must be mentioned in advance and confirmed separately based on on-site conditions. In addition, worktop cutouts are processed according to the actual dimensions of the sink and cooktop, but plumbing and electrical work such as gas pipe relocation and socket relocation is also not included. To clarify the boundaries, during measurement we will visit to confirm wall flatness, kickboards, and internal and external corners, and define the finishing method at the same time.
