How should whole-house customization be designed based on living habits?

Design according to living habits: list requirements first, then draw. For example, in households that cook often, custom kitchen cabinets should be arranged along the wash-cut-stir workflow, and worktop cutouts should be machined to the actual dimensions of the sink and hob; for households with children, leave adjustable shelves in the lower part of the custom wardrobe for easy access. Shoe cabinets in the entryway should be divided into layers according to the height of frequently worn shoes, and the sideboard should reserve space for small appliances. For panels, particle board, plywood, eco board, and OSB are available; for hardware, Blum, Hettich, DTC, and others are available. Custom kitchen cabinets are priced by linear metre: basic configuration E0 particle board cabinet body + PET door panel is 900–1,000 yuan per linear metre in Beijing and 765–850 yuan per linear metre in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou; mainstream configuration ENF particle board cabinet body + PET door panel is 1,020–1,250 yuan per linear metre in Beijing and 867–1,062.5 yuan per linear metre in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou; upgraded configuration ENF eco board cabinet body + PET door panel is 1,300–1,650 yuan per linear metre in Beijing and 1,105–1,402.5 yuan per linear metre in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual projects require further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
