Which items in whole-house customization can be skipped?

Some items can indeed be put off for now. For example, internal shelf boards in cabinets do not need to be too densely spaced; just enough is fine. Drawers and pull-out baskets in non-load-bearing areas can be reduced where possible, since hardware can be added later. The mainstream configuration for TV cabinets in Beijing is 400–800 yuan/㎡, for sideboards in Beijing 400–800 yuan/㎡, and for shoe cabinets in Beijing 400–700 yuan/㎡. Make these according to actual needs; do not fill an entire wall. The mainstream configuration for tatami in Beijing is 500–1,100 yuan/㎡; if it is not a room with an essential need, it can be left out for now. During measurement, wall flatness, the condition of the kickboard and internal/external corners will be confirmed before deciding the finishing method, and a re-measurement will be done after water and electrical positioning is completed. Do not skip these steps. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual pricing must be further calculated based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
