What is the difference between whole-house customization and whole-house renovation?

Whole-house customization and whole-house renovation are not the same thing: customization mainly covers cabinets, while renovation usually also involves hard fit-out, plumbing and electrical work, main materials, and other broader scope. For the customization part, pricing methods must be clearly distinguished—wardrobes and similar items are calculated by projected area (width × height), kitchen cabinets are calculated by linear metre, and the conversion between unfolded area and projected area varies with the cabinet body layout, so it must be calculated according to the drawings. We mainly provide whole-house customization, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, cabinet bodies and door panels, walk-in closets, etc., serving Beijing, Tianjin, Langfang, Baoding, and Xiong'an New Area; on-site measurement is generally arranged within 1–7 days. Cabinet bodies come with a ten-year warranty, and are returnable if not environmentally compliant; during the warranty period, water damage, dampness, and human-caused damage are not covered.
