When is the most suitable time to sign the contract for whole-house customization?

Don't rush to sign the contract; it's safest to wait until both the re-measurement and the plan are finalized. During measurement, wall flatness, kickboards, and internal/external corners are confirmed first, and dimensions are only accurate once the closure method is decided; re-measurement is done after the water and electrical positioning is completed, and the sink water supply and drainage, gas socket, and range hood exhaust path must all be confirmed in advance. If you sign before these are settled, later drawing changes can easily lead to disputes. Our on-site measurement is generally arranged within 1–7 days, and the processing cycle is usually 15–45 days. In the contract, clearly state the board environmental grade, hardware brands, and edge banding process. The quote does not include removal of existing cabinets; if removal of existing cabinets is needed, it must be explained in advance and confirmed separately.
