What should be noted in a whole-house customization contract?

In the contract, first pin down the pricing basis: whether it is projected area or developed area, whether the kitchen cabinet is priced by linear metre, and which configuration tier is written. For example, a wardrobe with basic configuration E0 particle board + PET door panel is 500–550 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 425–467.5 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou; mainstream ENF particle board + PET door panel is 700–800 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 595–680 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou; upgraded ENF eco board + PET door panel is 950–1,100 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 807.5–935 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou. The tier must be fixed in writing. Then clearly state the hardware brand, edge banding process, construction period, warranty, and the method for confirming additional items. A ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies, returnable if not environmentally compliant, and that water damage, moisture, and human-caused damage are not covered by the warranty must also be put in writing.
