What are the low-price traps in whole-house customization?

The most common low-price trap is "quote low first, then make up for it with add-ons." For example, a wardrobe may be quoted only for the basic configuration of E0 particle board + PET door panel, at 500–550 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 425–467.5 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou, and only after you sign will you be told that drawers, visible end panels, and hardware are all charged separately. Others calculate the projected area very "optimistically"; when actually measuring, if the walls are not straight and there are many internal and external corners, the price goes up as soon as the finishing method changes. We suggest visiting the factory to see panel cutting and edge banding. Our factory is at No. 3 Hexie Street, Nan Yijin Village, Fangquan, Gaobeidian, and visits can be booked. Prices are for reference; the actual amount must be calculated according to the drawings.
