Will a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe door panel warp over time?
The risk of warping lies mainly not in the floor-to-ceiling height but in the door panel height, the board material, and the craftsmanship. When a door panel exceeds a certain height, its own weight plus humidity changes can indeed cause slight bending, so floor-to-ceiling door panels generally need straightening bars, the board material should be chosen for good stability, and PUR edge banding or laser edge banding is more moisture-resistant. We offer a ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies, but water damage, dampness, and human-caused damage are not covered. The processing lead time is usually 15–45 days, depending on board material, craftsmanship, and production scheduling. During measurement, we first confirm wall flatness and internal and external corners, then determine the closing method.
