What height should a TV cabinet be?

There is no fixed height for a TV cabinet; first determine the viewing height, then the cabinet body. When watching TV while seated, the center of the screen should be roughly level with your line of sight, and the cabinet surface is commonly 30 to 45 cm above the floor; for a floating cabinet, consider wall load-bearing capacity and socket positions. During measurement, we confirm wall flatness and internal/external corners, then decide the finishing method (F28); re-measuring after water and electrical positioning is complete is more reliable (F29).
