Is a floating TV cabinet easy to clean?
Whether a floating TV cabinet is easy to clean depends on how you look at it. The advantage is that a robot vacuum can go straight underneath, leaving no dead corners on the floor; the trouble is the gap between the bottom of the cabinet and the wall, where a mop cannot reach and dust accumulates over time. To make things easier, leave a floating height of 15–20 cm or more so the robot can get in, and the wall must be load-bearing or reinforced, otherwise floating is not safe. TV cabinets are priced by projected area: mainstream configurations in Beijing are 400–800 yuan/㎡, and in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou 340–680 yuan/㎡. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual projects must be further calculated based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity and site conditions.
