Should a track socket be installed on the sideboard?
Whether to install a track socket depends on how many small appliances you have on your sideboard. If a coffee machine, kettle, and blender are used in rotation, a track socket is indeed more flexible than fixed five-hole outlets, as the position can slide and adjust; but if the budget is tight and you only have one or two appliances, ordinary outlets plus a splash-proof cover are enough. Note that the track must be embedded in the cabinet body or back panel, and this must be decided at the drawing stage; retrofitting later is troublesome. We were founded in 2013 and have delivered 2000+ projects cumulatively; after the water and electrical positioning is completed, we will re-measure to verify the points. The mainstream configuration for a sideboard in Beijing is 400–800 yuan/㎡, and 340–680 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; the actual price must be calculated according to the drawings.
