Should a shoe cabinet have angled insert compartments?

Whether to include angled insert compartments depends on your shoe types and quantity. Flat shoes and sneakers are easy to take out and put in at an angle, and the look is tidy; but high-top shoes, boots, and thick-soled shoes do not sit stably at an angle and also take up depth. When the entryway depth is insufficient, angled inserts save space; if the depth is sufficient, flat layers with adjustable shelves are more flexible. Shoe cabinets are priced by projected area; mainstream configurations are generally referenced at 400–700 yuan/㎡ in Beijing and 340–595 yuan/㎡ in Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou. During measurement, wall flatness and internal/external corners will be confirmed; the closing method affects whether angled insert compartments can be made tight against the wall. The above are reference prices and do not constitute a formal quotation; actual projects require further calculation based on dimensions, design, materials, hardware, quantity, and site conditions.
