Is it true that the product is returnable if not environmentally compliant?

It is true. We offer a ten-year warranty on cabinet bodies, and the product is returnable if not environmentally compliant. Note, however, that returns usually need to be handled based on environmental test results and the contract terms; you cannot return it simply because it smells. The environmental grade of the boards can be selected from HENF, ENF, E0, FAS, and F4 star, and different grades correspond to different standards. Before ordering, we recommend writing the environmental grade into the contract and confirming the testing criteria. In addition, water damage, moisture, and human-caused damage are not covered by the warranty, and the return process also needs to be confirmed based on the on-site situation.
