How can you tell whether edge banding is good?
To judge whether edge banding is good, here are a few simple methods. First, run your hand along the edges and corners: smooth, non-scratching edges with no obvious glue line overflow is the baseline; then look closely to see whether there are gaps, whitening, or black lines between the edge banding strip and the board surface; then gently pick at the edges and corners with a fingernail—if it lifts easily, the pressing was not done properly. You can also check whether the corners are flat and whether there is any chipping. Our factory is at No. 3 Hexie Street, Nanyijin Village, Fangguang, Gaobeidian City; you can book a factory visit to directly see the cutting, edge banding, and side-hole processes (F01)—seeing is believing.
