Does a door panel that goes all the way to the ceiling need a straightener?

Whether a full-height door needs a straightener depends on the door panel height, material and thickness; it cannot be generalized. Generally, for high doors over 2.4 metres, especially whole-board doors such as PET and baked lacquer, installing a straightener is recommended to prevent later deformation and edge lifting; extra care is needed for ultra-high doors made of thin double-faced boards. A straightener is hardware and options include Blum, Hettich, DTC and others; the cost is confirmed separately according to the on-site configuration and is not forced into the unit price. For edge banding we can use PUR edge banding or laser edge banding, which helps the stability of high doors. During measurement, wall flatness and internal and external corners will be confirmed, and then the finishing and straightening plan will be decided.
