Which is better, a blister door panel or a painted door panel?

There is no absolute good or bad between blister and painted finishes; it depends on the effect you want. A blister door panel is formed by hot-pressing a PVC film, can achieve complex shapes, resists knocks, and is budget-friendly; the downside is moderate heat resistance, and light colors may slightly discolor under prolonged strong light. A painted door panel is spray-painted and then cured at high temperature, with a full finish, accurate color, and options for high gloss or matte, giving a more premium feel, but it is prone to scratches from hard objects and repairs after knocks are more troublesome. Our door panels are available in double-faced, PET, blister, painted, and real wood veneer; which one to choose should be decided based on the usage location and budget.
