Density board is not recommended for cabinet bodies. The core reasons are its weak screw-holding strength and its tendency to swell when exposed to moisture; screws loosen easily after repeated disassembly and reassembly, and both load-bearing capacity and durability of the cabinet body suffer. Its fine fibers and flat surface make it more suitable for door panels, vacuum-formed doors, or lacquered doors—decorative surface components—rather than load-bearing cabinet bodies. For cabinet body panels we offer particle board, plywood, eco board, and OSB; density board is not among the cabinet body options. Cabinet bodies carry a ten-year warranty, but water immersion, dampness, and human-caused damage are not covered.
