How should a cabinet be designed for a robot vacuum to be built in?
For a built-in cabinet for a robot vacuum, the key is to think through "entry and exit" and "recharging" clearly. Leave clearance under the cabinet equal to the robot's height plus 10–20 mm, with no threshold at the front edge; it is best to have no bottom panel or a removable bottom panel so it can return to charge without getting stuck. Decide the base station position in advance, and arrange the power socket and water supply/drainage (if choosing an auto water-refill model) during the plumbing and electrical stage; our re-measurement is done after the plumbing and electrical positioning is completed. For the door panel, an upward-opening design or an open gap is recommended; do not use a downward-opening door that blocks the path. For the board material, particle board through eco board are options, and either PUR edge banding or laser edge banding is fine.
