How should modern minimalist cabinets be color-coordinated?
Don't use too many colors in modern minimalist color schemes—first choose one main color, then add one accent color, and that's enough. A common approach is to use light gray or warm white as the base for the cabinet body, choose a matte door panel in the same color family, and use dark gray or wood tone for a few open shelves to ground the space so it doesn't feel floaty. Note that the fewer the colors, the more material consistency matters; if the color difference between edge banding and door panels is not well controlled, it will look messy. For edge banding, we can use PUR edge banding or laser edge banding. Door panels include double-faced melamine, PET, vacuum-formed, and lacquered options. We recommend bringing small samples of your flooring and wall finish for comparison—don't judge the cabinets alone.
