How do renovation companies and custom factories split profits when cooperating?

How do renovation companies and custom factories split profits when cooperating?

There are several common ways to split profits with a custom factory: first, the factory gives the renovation company an ex-factory price, and the renovation company marks it up and sells to the homeowner, with the difference going to the renovation company; second, both parties share the project gross profit, for example, design, measurement, and installation are each handled by one side, and the ratio is negotiated based on the division of input; third, the renovation company only brings in orders, the factory handles delivery, and a fixed rebate is given. The key is to unify the quotation basis first: which configuration tier is used, what board material, and whether it is calculated by projected area or linear metre must all be written clearly, otherwise disputes easily arise later. We support OEM/ODM and processing with supplied materials, and the cooperation method can be negotiated on a per-project basis.
