When a design studio looks for a custom factory to work with, the key is to first get the coordination process running smoothly. It is advisable to visit the factory first to see processes such as cutting, edge banding, and side drilling, and to confirm whether the equipment and craftsmanship can match the requirements for implementing your design. Quotations are given by configuration tier: for the basic wardrobe configuration of E0 particle board + PET door panel, Beijing is 500–550 yuan/㎡, Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou 425–467.5 yuan/㎡; for the mainstream configuration of ENF particle board + PET door panel, Beijing is 700–800 yuan/㎡, Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou 595–680 yuan/㎡; for the upgraded configuration of ENF eco board + PET door panel, Beijing is 950–1,100 yuan/㎡, Baoding, Langfang, Xiong'an and Zhuozhou 807.5–935 yuan/㎡.
