What should be done if the acceptance inspection fails?

The acceptance inspection should distinguish between "adjustable" and "requires rework": door gaps and opening/closing, drawer smoothness, and hardware tightness are adjustable; dimensional deviations, misaligned cutouts, and damaged panels require rework. Record the two categories separately so that the rectification time and responsibility are clear, and it is easier to check later whether the work has been completed.
